Courtesy of our very own TFW2005 member Throway we have some in-hand images and information about the Takara Tomy Studio Series Commander Optimus Prime which has just been released in Japan. This release features a slightly different box with some Japanese text, and the figure has got fixed heels which had been a common issue in the first batch of this mold. To top it all, this release also improves tolerances on the mold like the head flip parts and Optimus’ gun on his hand.
