Hey, Transformers fans! Did you enjoy the sneak-peek at the upcoming Transformers: Reactivate video game we got through our look at the tie-in toys over the last couple of months?
You did? That’s great!
Because that’s all you’re getting. This year, at least.
Today, developer Splash Damage issued the following statement on the game’s official SMOKAT account:
So, despite making its grand debut announcement at The Game Awards last year, it looks like there won’t be a follow-up at this year’s event, which happens tomorrow night (Thursday, December 7th). Or for the rest of December, at the very least.
What do you think of these developments? Does it hurt any momentum the toys gave you in hyping yourself up for this? Tell us in the “Transformers: Rise (console MMO) rumored” thread on our forums! (Still need to rename that…)
