File this one squarely under the speculation category for now, but a particularly interesting tidbit coming out of today’s Hasbro report (via Gematsu and Polygon) is that Hasbro has partnered with Space Marine 2 developer Saber Interactive on a new AAA video game based on a “tentpole IP”. The mentioned sites speculate this could be GI Joe, D&D, or of course – Transformers. Given the unfortunate demise of Reactivate, it’d make sense for Hasbro to move on to another TF game project, but it remains to be seen for sure what franchise it’ll be.
