I recently received my Slingshot figure from GameStop. While I initially noticed a small chip on the face?which I was willing to overlook?I later saw that the side and back of his head appear to be melted or warped, something that wouldnt be visible through the packaging window. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that since the item had been opened, they couldn?t assist me.

I’m now wondering how responsive Hasbro’s customer support is in Canada when it comes to issues like this. Any insights would be appreciated.
