TFNation makes another guest announcement: voice actor Neil Kaplan. Kaplan portrayed the ultimate hero for the 2001 RID cartoon (in which he also voiced Ro-Tor!) He is also the actor behind many anime and cartoon characters, including the likes of Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto on Bleach, Madara Uchiha on Naruto, Vulcan Haestus in Promare, and Emperor Zarkon on Voltron: Legendary Defender.
