The 40th anniversary is bringing all kinds of fun out of the woodwork, and this latest collab is no exception. A new Optimus Prime is set to release in Winter 2024, to promote a collaboration between Transformers and Bingo Sports.
Unlike what one might expect, this is an Optimus Prime who’s returning to his less-seen race car roots. Far from being a Go-Bot or Alternity speedster, though, this is a movieverse-themed Optimus who turns into a Corvette C7 GT3-R, and as such appears to be a retool of Studio Series Crosshairs. He sports his AOE/TLK knight-aesthetic design with his signature movie flames, but with more yellow than before.
