Reports are coming in that previously cancelled pre-orders for Target’s MTME Collection Starscream (and Prowl) are starting to show up in customer’s carts as available to purchase. So far it’s only available to some of those that ordered and had it cancelled. Additional reports are saying that if you ordered more than 1 copy, you only get the option to grab a single copy.
