I thought the plot and the characters were great. The kids in the movie theater were very into it. The only gripe i had about it was… It felt a little hurried and also like they didn’t have confidence that we’d actually just like to “Be” there, taking in the world. I wished they just paused once in a while to notice the dust in the light. I think they did a lot of cool things. The humour was pretty good. The designs and animation were great. I especially liked how they designed the eyes and mouths. It felt very well done. The music was fine if slightly generic. Overall i felt satisfied. My spouse who never was into transformers before she met me was like “I feel satisfied but sad. Its all downhill from here for Cybertron.”
