Not sure how the timing of all these things generally works, but Hasbro fairly recently (June 15, 2022) applied to trademark a new faction insignia to be used in the upcoming Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. This page on the US Patent Office website indicates the filing for a trademark on a design that is “a stylized robot head in the shape of a mask”, and is currently up for review once assigned to an examiner.
This design was previously seen as the main hood ornament for the ROTB Scourge vehicle (on a grill festooned with other faction symbols), and on ROTB merchandise.
