It seems to be leak season again. A mysterious upcoming Optimus Prime has possibly been revealed. But what is it exactly?
Last night the following image began circulating on a number of Transformers Discord servers (including our own Allspark Discord). We don’t know precisely where the image first appeared, or if there was any comment associated with it explaining exactly what it was.
Commenters quickly pointed out that the mold is obviously MP-44, but in a new paint scheme.
Speculation abounded that the deco may in fact not be quite so new.
Attention turned to the logo on the presentation slide. While blurry, it bears an unmistakable resemblance to the logo used on the 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime, but with the years changed to “2004-2024” and an additional “th” added.
