It’s a week of cool cartoon reveals, from the looks of it. Hot on the heels of the next Transformers cartoon being revealed, another cartoon gets a first look (sort of) and a launch date! Thanks to Boulder Media’s Twitter account we know that the previously-announced Botbots show is going to hit Netflix on March 25, 2022. The tweet gives us a glimpse of upcoming series from the streaming network, and includes this screengrab that shows us the characters in the show’s animation style.
Produced by Netflix and Hasbro’s new entertainment studio eOne, the Botbots cartoon was first announced to be in the works almost a year and a week ago. Fans may recall from the 2021 press release that it will be a 20-episode comedy series, executive-produced by Kevin Burke and Chris “Doc” Wyatt (Spider-Man, Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy, Stretch Armstrong & the Flex Fighters) .
