We have got an all-star cast announced for this new upcoming animated film! Read on for more details!
Thanks to Variety, we know that Chris Hemsworth will be voicing a young Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry will voice Megatron, and Scarlett Johansson will voice Elita. Other big names joining this animated film are Keegan-Michael Key voicing everyone’s favorite yellow guy Bumblebee, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, and Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion. Very few details have been released so far but we know it’s a prequel story about how Optimus and Megatron go form “Brothers-in-arms” to “Sworn Enemies”.
The film is being directed by Josh Cooley, of Toy Story 4 fame, with the screenplay written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari. The animated prequel film opens in theaters on July 19, 2024.
Steven Spielberg is executive producing “Transformers One” with Brian Goldner, Brian Oliver, Bradley J. Fischer and Valerii An. Producers include Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian and Aaron Dem.
