Diamond Select and Hasbro: beyond Minimates, and beyond Transformers/GI Joe!

Longtime Minimates manufacturer Diamond Select Toys and Hasbro are teaming up to deliver various products based on Hasbro’s time-tested brands in 2021!
While what’s been fully revealed so far is Minimate-based, DST recently announced the full range of their license coverage, and it’s pretty promising.
So far, what was previously known about is a Minimate set of four featuring non-converting G1 versions of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Shockwave, and Starscream (and one has to wonder about more coming, if only to get a Megatron). DST’s Zach Oat has also mentioned that a GI Joe Minimates set has “already been designed”.

However, DST and Hasbro have partnered up with a broader range than these classic brands — and it’s not just Minimates.
DST has announced that the partnership with Hasbro also covers “Power Rangers, classic animated Dungeons & Dragons, Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering and Jem and the Holograms”, with various product types that feature retro-style designs and updated, modern looks. Aside from the Minimates already announced, DST will produce “Gallery Diorama PVC sculptures, Premier Collection and Milestones resin statues, Legends in 3D half-scale busts”.
