The Beasts are Rising as Transformers begins its long-awaited march back to theaters with a new live-action movie. Studio Series and mainline toys have been announced, trailers have started making their way out, and things are only about to get more real.
Part of that runup is the reveal of new Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal statues (at SXSW in Austin, TX), with a guest spot from the superfly Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8, featured in the film as the Autobot, Mirage. Top names from the movie, including stars Dominique Fishback and Anthony Ramos, were on hand along with the latest likenesses of the big-screen bots.
More statue unveiling events are set to unfold as the days pass: around the US in Las Vegas, New York, and Chicago, and inernationally in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Madrid, Berlin, Mexico City, London, and Sao Paulo!
